Our coaching program empowers PhDs to identify and pursue rewarding non-academic careers.

We take a pragmatic approach to mentoring, based on our own experiences making the move beyond academia as well as our experiences leading and developing teams in our roles since.

We work collaboratively to develop clear and achievable ‘next steps’, with our sessions focusing on:

• Identifying a preferred career direction
• Identifying relevant skills, and how to talk about them
• Identifying skills that might need development, and how to develop them
• Drafting and iterating application materials
• The value of tailoring application materials
• Preparing for interviews

Our offerings, available as group or 1:1 sessions, include:

• One-off targeted sessions 
• 6-session structured program taking attendees from ‘What next?’ to ‘I just applied!’
